Get ongoing primary care from the comfort of home — no waiting rooms required.

Teladoc is a telemedicineservice that offers virtual care for a variety of health issues. Teladocdoctors are available 24/7 by phone or video. They can treat many medicalconditions, including cold and flu symptoms, allergies, and bronchitis, and canprescribe medication for pickup at your local pharmacy.

What is Carrum Health?

Carrum Health is a specialty health care benefit available for employees and family members (18+) enrolled in Heidelberg Materials medical insurance plan.

With Carrum Health, you and your covered dependents age 18+ have access to top surgeons, cancer specialists, and alcohol and substance use treatment centers across the country—providers with better outcomes and strong patient reviews.

And when you receive care through Carrum Health, most or all of the costs are covered, and you’ll never receive a bill. This means you can focus solely on your health, without worrying about deductibles, co-pays, or co-insurances. This includes travel costs, if travel is needed.

It is required for health plan members to go through the plan's Carrum Health benefit for bariatric surgery. Your surgery will not be covered by Heidelberg Company if you receive this surgery outside of Carrum.
